Amanda Eger
 
Short Biography
Amanda Eger, a GIS Staff Interpreter from Washington, DC, has a Certification in Interpreting (CI) and National Interpreting Certification (NIC). Amanda also received her Bachelor's degree in American Sign Language Interpretation from the University of New Hampshire. She has been interpreting professionally since August 2002 and has been a GIS Staff Interpreter since August, 2005. Amanda's special interests and areas of expertise include social work, psychology department internship, Department of Public Safety and performance interpreting. Her proudest moment as an interpreter was interpreting for anti-war protest at National Mall in Washington, DC.
