Short Biography
Irene Tseng has been a member of the Gallaudet University faculty since 1983. She has developed and taught a full range of computer courses to prepare students for a challenging career in information technology. Her areas of involvement include discrete mathematics, database design, computer networking, web design, object-oriented programming, and web programming. She has been working diligently to enhance the instruction and learning of deaf and hard of hearing students with blended e-learning technology.
