Gallaudet University follows the requirements of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, known as the Uniform Guidance. The Uniform Guidance (UG) simplifies and supersedes guidance that was previously provided in eight different OMB Circulars, including A-21, A-110, and A-133. Provided within the UG are new definitions, uniform administrative requirements for pre and post award, cost principles, and audit requirements.
The Finance Office policies and procedures are currently under review/update to comply with the new Uniform Guidance.
