Wrong User Name or Password
You have typed wrong user name or password. Your user name and password should be based on your Bison account. If you do not know your Bison password then go to Password Reset to reset your password.
Cannot Login From Microsoft Windows PC
Your user name must begin with GALLAUDET\ and must contain user name based on your Bison account; i.e. gallaudet\john.doe.
Cannot Login Using Mozilla Firefox
Mozilla Firefox (Windows & Mac OS) is not supported with any of Gallaudet Intranet Web Site or Personal Storage via WebDAV.
Outdated Microsoft Windows XP Security Settings
Your computer has not been patched to support NTLM version 2 (NTLMv2).
NTLM Version 2 is an improved password security built into Windows and this security feature is required to access computer resources at Gallaudet.
