Mentoring Opportunities for GIS Freelance Interpreters

Freelance mentoring opportunities are available to interpreters currently working with GIS.  Freelance mentoring opportunities are offered to eligible mentors and mentees and require a serious commitment of time and energy.

The Results! Mentoring Program offers a variety of options for GIS freelance interpreters.  

Mentoring Opportunities:

  • GIS Mentor Training
  • Mentoring Refresher courses

Once you have completed mentor training through GIS, you are eligible to provide mentoring to other freelance, staff, MAI or visiting interpreters.  If you are interested in becoming a mentor, please contact
