GIS Library

 

GIS has a wide variety of articles, books, periodicals, videotapes and DVDs to assist you in your skill development, interpreting work and preparation for workshop presentations. We also have preparation materials for the RID NIC-Performance and CDI-ASL written exams.

The Circulation Policy

  • Library materials are available for all GIS Staff and Freelance Interpreters.
  • Books and paper materials may be borrowed for ONE WEEK. All borrowed materials must be signed out, and returned promptly.
  • Videotapes/DVDs may be viewed within the GIS Office. Viewing rooms are available by appointment.
  • Special requests for new materials for the Library will be considered.

The GIS Library is located on the Fay House second floor landing.
