FERPA: The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. § 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99) is a federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. The law applies to all schools that receive funds under an applicable program of the U.S. Department of Education.
Procedural Safeguards: This notice explains procedural safeguards that apply to students who are placed at the Clerc Center by their parents.

Shared Reading Project
The Shared Reading Project is designed to teach parents and caregivers how to read to their deaf and hard of hearing children using American Sign Language and to use strategies to make book sharing most effective.
