Notes from Human Resources Services

Image: Dr. Joseph Kinner, a coordinator in the General Studies Program (GSP), is recognized for 40 years of service to the University by Dr. Jane Dillehay, program director. Kinner comes to the GSP from the History  Department, where he served as a faculty member for many years. He  received the Tower Clock Yearbook Dedication in 2008. Dr. Kinner has done extensive research on communications and media in West Africa--Nigeria in particular. He is currently conducting research on the life and work of P.O. Mba, widely recognized as the "Father of Education of the Deaf in Nigeria."
