The Office of International Programs and Services (OIPS), is an umbrella office for all things international at Gallaudet. The office includes Global Education and Scholars Services, International Student Services, World Deaf Leadership (WDL), and Fulbright. We also serve as the point of contact for international partnerships. OIPS works closely with other departments and units of the University to develop a wide range of international and intercultural educational opportunities. OIPS is under the Office of the Dean for the Graduate School Continuing Studies, and International Affairs.
Global Education and Scholar Services (GESS) offers services for students, faculty, visiting students, scholars, researchers and professionals with an array of ways to enhance their expertise and knowledge of international issues related to deaf people and people with disabilities.

International Student Services (ISS) works closely with international students to ensure they are in compliance with current immigration regulations and assists students in navigating immigration legalities appropriately.
