Cardio Interval Strength
(September 23 - December 11)
Cardio Interval Strength (CSI)
This all-level class is a toning and cardio workout in one, with an emphasis on intensity options and modifications for optimal results. CSI includes cardio choreographed combinations and drills, as well as strength exercises using body weight and resistance equipment.
No classes October 2nd, November 25th and 27th (Thanksgiving week)
Time: Mondays & Wednesdays -- 12:05-12:55 (50 minute class)
Place: Delta Zeta Dance Studio, Field House
