Undergraduate

Currently enrolled GU students receive registration information through their Gallaudet University e-mail account.

  • Priority registration groups are eligible to register for Spring courses beginning 9:00 am on Monday, October 31, 2016.
  • General continuing Undergraduate Students are eligible to register for Spring courses beginning 9:00 am on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 according to the priority registration schedule below.
  • New Undergraduate Students should consult with their academic advisor for registration information.
  • Undergraduate Special students should consult with their academic advisor for registration information.

  • General Registration Continues -  November 11, 2016 to January 20, 2017
  • Add/Drop Period for Undergraduate students ($5 fee for each successful transaction) - January 17 to January 20, 2017

Graduate

Currently enrolled GU students receive registration information through their Gallaudet University e-mail account.
  • Continuing Graduate Students are eligible to register for Spring courses beginning 9:00 am on Monday, October 31, 2016.
  • New Graduate Students should consult with their academic advisor for registration information.
  • Graduate Special students should consult with their academic advisor for registration information.  
  • Priority registration groups are eligible to register for Spring courses beginning 9:00 am on Monday, October 31, 2016.
  • General Registration Continues for all Graduate Students from November 11, 2016 to January 27, 2017.
  • Add/Drop Period for Graduate students ($5 fee for each successful transaction) - January 17 to January 27, 2017.

  1. Pay off your full balance.
  2. Send your VR counselor the required documents: grades, transcripts, etc.
  3. Complete Mandatory Online Business Registration. 
  4. All full-time students for the semester must submit health insurance waiver information to Student Financial Services or they will be charged for student health insurance.
