The Office of Residence Life and Housing is pleased to provide housing to students taking undergraduate, graduate, or professional studies (PST) courses at the University during the summer.
If you want to live on campus for the summer as a summer school student, this place is for you.
Students who are taking non-credit courses or participating in a summer program should navigate to Summer Programs.

All students will be assigned in residence hall rooms based on program needs.
Students are to bring their own linens, towels, and toiletries.
We encourage you to bring washcloths and additional towels.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION
CHECK-INS begins at 2:00 pm on the day prior to the start of your courses. The residence hall staff member on-duty will give you your room assignment and key. Your existing Gallaudet Identification Card will be used to access your residence hall.
LOST OR STOLEN KEYS should be reported to the residence hall office immediately.
CHECK-OUTS are by 10:00 am on the day following the end of your courses. Prior to your departure, you are responsible for clearing your room and emptying all trash. Turn in your room key to the residence hall office where you are staying.
WHERE DO I BEGIN?
There are two ways to submit a Summer Housing Form:
- RECOMMENDED - You can go to the Online Form and complete the form online. A copy of the form will be sent to your e-mail address via PDF; or
- You can download, fill out, and print the Printable Form then send it to us via e-mail, facsimile (FAX) or postal mail.
