Short Biography

Susan was a paraprofessional in various roles such as Peer Advisor, Senior Peer Advisor, Resident Advisor, and Student Head Resident Advisor when she was at Gallaudet University.

She has been employed at Gallaudet since 1988 when she became a Coordinator of Residence Education (CRE). In 1994, she became Coordinator of Judicial Affairs, now called the Office of Student Conduct. In 2000, she was promoted to Director of Residence Life and Housing and has remained in that role ever since.
