Stephen Nover, Ph.D.
Short Biography

In line with the University's institutional priorities for research, Steve designs, implements, analyzes, and disseminates research on practices, planning, and policies relating to bilingual teaching and learning in educational settings for deaf and hard of hearing children and youth. He pursues external funding to support research initiatives and contributes to research support and international affairs. He also enhances scholarship quality at the University and provides technical language and literacy planning consultation to the Gallaudet University community, including for the university's external collaborations.
