Counseling Department

The Department of Counseling at Gallaudet University offers graduate programs for deaf and hard of hearing, and hearing students. Programs include M.A. degrees in mental health counseling and school counseling. A summers and online option is available in school counseling.

Deaf Health Communication and Quality of Life Center

The Deaf Health and Quality of Life Center's mission is to conduct research linking accessibility to health outcomes among individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing.

The Department of Art, Communication, and Theatre (ACT) provides a quality bilingual, interdisciplinary, liberal arts education with a focus on art, communication studies, and theatre. The Department of American Sign Language (ASL) and Deaf Studies at Gallaudet University offers undergraduate and graduate degrees for deaf and hard of hearing students. Majors include Deaf Studies and ASL (American Sign Language).
