Your Student Handbook is a very useful resource of information on various policies and procedures. It has a long section on Student Grievance Guidelines. Also certain offices have their own individual grievance processes. Make use of search feature at www.gallaudet.edu by typing in key words in the upper right corner of the webpage. Be on the lookout for a campus wide e-mail announcement regarding a new Ombuds as soon as he/she is selected.
