In this major, you will study a broad spectrum of topics rather than focusing on a narrow specialization. You will take a sequence of courses that cover all of the business fields: accounting, finance, management, marketing, business law, and strategy and policy. You'll learn how the different areas of a business function together, and how to make all these areas run together as smoothly as possible. You will delve into issues such as diversity, ethics, politics, and other dynamics that play a role in every work environment.
