Faculty, Staff & Teachers: Why should you give?
It takes a community
Gallaudet University faculty, staff, and employees are dedicated the students, they show it in their daily performance. Every member of the campus community works to ensure exceptional educational programs and a beautiful campus. Further, they show their support by making financial contributions. In 2005, 39% of the Gallaudet University faculty, staff and teachers made gifts to support students.
The Campus Community Campaign
The Campus Community Campaign is an organized effort each year to renew and generate increased support from this invaluable group of supporters. The Development Office and the Assistant Director for Annual Giving lead the campaign.
In the fall, look for mailings, including pledge forms, banners, emails, and campus events. More important, please take few moments now to make your annual gift.
Why give/How much?
Any gift helps Gallaudet and our students. Gifts of $50 or more will be recognized in the annual Honor Roll of Donors. Remember, it takes a community. You can make a difference. Gifts can be designated to any department, scholarship fund, program, special campaign, or the Gallaudet Fund. Where do you want to make a difference, in your own department? You can do that and see the benefits of your support first hand.
Your gift shows your strong belief in Gallaudet's mission and sets a standard for others to follow.
What does your support mean?
Supporting the University shows those outside our community, especially parents and potential students, that you care about Gallaudet. Your support demonstrates your belief in our mission and demonstrates to students our commitment to provide them the best education possible.
