- Increasing the respect and value for the diversity of people and ideas
- Promoting a shared understanding and ownership of the mission
- Increasing academic rigor and a culture of excellence
- Improving recruitment, enrollment, and retention of students
- Improving shared governance
Each of these priorities will promote a sixth overall priority of healing and energizing our community so that we can move forward together.
What it means to be a part of Team Gallaudet:
- It's not about me. It's about our students and helping them be successful.
- It's about team work. It's about each of us having a "can do" attitude.
