The International Interior Design Association Mid-Atlantic Chapter presented the SmithGroup firm a Silver Award for its design of Gallaudet’s James Lee Sorenson Language and Communication Center.
Five Gallaudet students visited the White House on May 12 for the first evening of poetry, music, and spoken word to be held at the home of the U.S. president and family.
The pledge of $100,000 will create the S. Barry and Judith Lipin Endowed Scholarship Fund, which will award financial aid assistance to students who demonstrate academic and personal excellence.
