The Department of Art, Communication, and Theatre (ACT) provides a quality bilingual, interdisciplinary, liberal arts education with a focus on art, communication studies, and theatre. Major programs prepare students to be creative problem-solvers, dynamic leaders, effective communicators, and innovative artists affecting positive social change.

The Transportation Department provides transportation for students, faculty, teachers, and staff, including transporting KDES commuter students to and from school, athletic teams to competitions, and students in general to extra-curricular activities.**EFFECTIVE Monday, August 7, 2017, service to the NOMA/GALLAUDET/M St NE Station will be SUSPENDED until further notice. We will only pick-up/drop-off passengers at Union Station. Will notify the campus community as soon as services are restored.
