The Gallaudet Strategic Plan 2010-2015 has provided a decision-making roadmap guided by major goals to: grow enrollment and increase the graduation rate, secure a sustainable resource base, refine academic programs, and firmly establish Gallaudet as an international research and outreach epicenter.
