Student Transportation/Shuttle Approach

  1. While on buses, everyone – students, employees, and drivers must wear masks.
  2. Capacity will be added to the extent possible to allow for physical distancing while maintaining service levels.
  3. Additional interventions – regular cleaning, introducing fresh air, installing hand sanitizer stations, and optimizing routes to reduce time on bus – will provide additional layers of protection.
  4. KDES students will undergo temperature checks before boarding, and will follow loading/unloading procedures.
