* Close contact is defined as being within 6 feet for a total of 15+ minutes 2 days prior to onset of illness, with or without a mask.
* Any individual who is requested to quarantine by the Clerc Center or Gallaudet University contact tracing team due to close contact with a COVID positive individual will not be charged leave for the quarantine period. Individuals are required to come to campus for testing at the front gate on the required schedule while on leave. Noncompliance with testing requirements will result in leave being charged to the individual.
