Follow generally applicably COVID protocols during food prep and dining.
Modify cafeteria/dining hall process to minimize transmission risk.
Protocols for food service staff, food safety, and distribution.
Implement processes for ordering and distribution of food for individuals in quarantine and isolation.
Modify spaces to accommodate physical distancing during meal service and dining.
Regularly clean and desinfect food prep, food service, and dining areas.
Introduce fresh air into dining spaces - or open outdoor dining areas - to the extent possible.
Wash or sanitize hands before and after dining, and during meal preparation.
Food service staff must wear masks at all times; diners must wear masks in cafeterias/dining halls when not eating or drinking.
