There are three call-for-proposal rounds over the October 2016-September 2017 time period. The expenditure for each round will be limited to approximately one-third of our available funds so that the same level of financial support is available throughout most of the year. This call for proposals include a rubric the group will use in their review of the application. Please submit your grant applications via the Blackboard site, "Faculty Development Grants" in the Dashboard under My Organizations Plus:
This committee is comprised of three representatives from Faculty Governance and the Faculty Administrator for Faculty Development as a non-voting member.
Faculty Development Grants are offered as a means to support faculty engagement in activities that will enhance their growth as scholars, as educators, and that will contribute to the goals and objectives of their respective schools and departments as well as the institution. All full-time regular University faculty are invited to submit proposals for consideration.
