Public Health is creating a positive change in the world, in our communities, and in ourselves!

The Gallaudet Public Health program (BSPH) prepares students to enter the important, in-demand field of professional health care. Students learn how to serve individuals, families, communities, and the population at large through disease prevention, healthy lifestyle practices, and epidemic and disease research. The program currently emphasizes Behavioral and Community health to educate students on the discrepancies in the healthcare system for the Deaf and hard of hearing community.
