Most of the members came from the California School for the Deaf, Berkeley (CSDB). This organization was active for a long time, changing to the liaison status in recent years as the president moved out of the area and nobody took over as of 1997.Scope and ContentOrganizational papers fill this collection primarily. Documents such as membership lists, by-laws, newsletters, and flyers are included in this collection. Correspondences between the GCAA and Northern California chapter are included.
