Charlene Dwyer is a consultant to MAXIMUS Federal Services, Operations Support Manager for Social Security's Ticket to Work Program. Prior to joining MAXIMUS, Dwyer served for more than a decade as the Administrator of the Wisconsin Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. During her career, she also supported Deaf and Hard of Hearing students as a career counselor in the Illinois Community College System, served as the Executive Director of the Center for Deaf and Hard of Hearing in Milwaukee, WI, and as the Assistant Director for the Milwaukee area Independent Living Center. She has volunteered in numerous leadership positions on national, state and local boards. Charlene and her husband John are residents of Brookfield, WI.
