The Workforce Recruitment Program (WRP) is a federal program that managed by the US Department of Labor. The program's objective is to connect government agencies and private companies with college students and recent graduates with disabilities for internship and part-time/full-time job opportunities. The recruitment cycle, which includes online registration, application and video interview, begins each year in late August. Please check the Bison CareerLink in early fall for updates regarding the program. Information will also be posted on Gallaudet's Daily Digest. Students and recent graduates can learn more about the program by visiting www.wrp.gov.

Robersy was the first in his family to enroll in college at Gallaudet University. Delgado graduated in 2020 and after completing his virtual internship at Procter & Gamble and was offered a full-time position.
Nicholas H., a junior who is majoring in Biology, is currently doing an internship at the Loggerhead MarineLife Center (LMC), where he works with the sea turtle population.
Joseline graduated in 2021 and accepted a full-time position at PNC headquarters in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Jacob A. joined Ernst and Young as an Accountant in Virginia. Adams was recruited after he participated in the 2nd Annual IT Summit event at Gallaudet University.
Brynn S. graduated from Gallaudet with her Bachelor’s degree and went on to get her Master’s in Accounting from UT Austin. She joined Erst and Young as Assurance Staff in Pennsylvania.
Jad G, an RMI graduate, passed the New York State insurance broker license exam. Soon after he was offered a position of Concierge Client Services at Arthur J Gallagher in New York City.
