Bison CareerLink

Bison CareerLink (BCL) is the Office for Career Success Office’s online resume and recruiting system.

BCL offers a wide array of information and services to Gallaudet students, alumni, and employers to assist with employment exploration and hiring opportunities.

Students and Alumni

Students and alumni can use BCL to explore on-campus employment opportunities, off-campus employment listings, and internship information.

They can post their resumes on BCL for potential employers to view. Current students can make appointments with their Career Consultant or other Office for Career Success staff.

Students and alumni can also obtain information about the Office for Career Success’s upcoming events through BCL.

Employers

Employers can use the BCL to:

• Post position descriptions for full-time and part-time jobs and internships.
• Collect applications and resumes for internships and jobs.
• Register for information tables, mock interviews, careers fairs, and other on-campus recruiting activities.
• Collect data and report recruiting outcomes.
