The HSLS department lost one of its beloved faculty members of all times, in June 2013. To honor his legacy, HSLS members established an endowment fund for scholarship. With outpouring of support from Dr. Ackley's family, former students, colleagues, and friends, the fund was endowed within a year of establishment. With continuing support, it is steadily growing. Please join us in supporting students who exemplify Steve's warmth, care, and love.
