ASL Immersion is a critical component of gaining the fluency one needs to be an effective interpreter. Each member of the NCIEC supports the national effort to provide immersion opportunities, in various formats. Our goal as a Consortium is to compare the results of each center's immersion program, share lessons learned, and develop shared best practices.
GURIEC partners with the Gallaudet Center for Continuing Studies (CCS) to evaluate their annual summer program Immerse into ASL!
Can't come to campus? Check out Online ASL courses.
