The department provides opportunities for study abroad and international internships.
Work experience always enhances your marketability after graduation and international work experience is essential if you're interested in a foreign-language related field. As part of the major or minor program, you're encouraged to seek internship experience in the United States or abroad. You can take advantage of a variety of study abroad opportunities to enhance your learning and explore your interests. In the past, students have studied or interned in Costa Rica, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Argentina and Gabon, among other countries.
