Refunds Fall 2020 Semester
Refunds for the unexpired portion of the semester will be made according to the time of withdrawal as follows:
*For the Fall 2020 semester, students will not be charged room and board fees as classes will remain remotely.
- During the first week of class (last day on September 4, 2020)
- Receive a refund of 80% for tuition and housing
- Be responsible for 20% of costs for tuition and housing
- If applicable, remaining meals after checking out will be refunded
- During the second week of class (last day on September 11, 2020)
- Receive a refund of 60% for tuition and housing
- Be responsible for 40% of costs for tuition and housing
- If applicable, remaining meals after checking out will be refunded
- During the third week of class (last day on September 18, 2020)
- Receive refund of 40% for tuition and housing
- Be responsible for 60% of costs for tuition and housing
- If applicable, remaining meals after checking out will be refunded
- During the fourth week of class (last day on September 25, 2020)
- Receive refund for 20% for tuition and housing
- Be responsible for 80% of costs for tuition and housing
- If applicable, remaining meals after checking out will be refunded
- Thereafter (0% starting on Saturday, September 26, 2020)
- Receive no refund for tuition and housing
- Be responsible for 100% of costs for tuition and housing
- If applicable, remaining meals after checking out will be refunded
Room and Board Cancellations
If a student moves out of University housing during the semester, refunds will be made using the same criteria as for withdrawals. If a student moves into University housing during the semester, charges will be made based on the number of weeks remaining in the semester.
Refunds for Summer Session
Tuition:
- 100% refund up to the first day of classes.
- 50% refund up until the last day of the first week of courses.
Fees: No refunds or cancellations
