Tuition and Fees Refund Policy

Please review the tuition and refund policy below. Students will have until the last day of the first week of classes to drop their courses and receive 100% of their tuition and fees charges back. 

If you have bookstore purchases from eCampus, please work with them to get your textbooks returned. Please note that if you move into the residence halls and/or eat on campus, you will be charged for your time on campus. If you have questions about your room or meal plans, please reach out to:

Fall 2023 Refund Policy:

***To Receive a full refund on tuition and fees, you must drop all courses before September 1st, 2023.

During the second week of class (last day on September 8th, 2023)

• Receive a refund of 80% of your tuition
• Be responsible for 20% of the costs of the remaining tuition
• All fees are non-refundable

During the third week of class (last day on September 15th, 2023)

• Receive a refund of 60% of your tuition
• Be responsible for 40% of the costs of the remaining tuition
• All fees are non-refundable

During the fourth week of class (last day on September 22nd, 2023)

• Receive a refund of 40% of your tuition
• Be responsible for 60% of the costs of the remaining tuition
• All fees are non-refundable

Thereafter (0% starting on September 23rd, 2023)

• Receive no refund for tuition and housing
• Be responsible for 100% of your tuition, mandatory fees, and all other fees incurred. 

Spring 2024 Refund Policy:

During the second week of class (last day on January 29th, 2024)

• Receive a refund of 80% of your tuition
• Be responsible for 20% of the costs of the remaining tuition
• All fees are non-refundable

During the third week of class (last day on February 5th, 2024)

• Receive a refund of 60% of your tuition
• Be responsible for 40% of the costs of the remaining tuition
• All fees are non-refundable

During the fourth week of class (last day on February 12th, 2024)

• Receive a refund of 40% of your tuition
• Be responsible for 60% of the costs of the remaining tuition
• All fees are non-refundable

Thereafter (0% starting on February 13th, 2024)

• Receive no refund for tuition and housing
• Be responsible for 100% of your tuition, mandatory fees, and all other fees incurred.
