In the 2020-2021 academic year, due to COVID-19, the good-standing balance threshold was increased to $3000.00 from $1000.00.
Currently, we are still researching to find the best threshold amount moving forward; however, students can expect that it still be lower than the temporary increase to $3000.00. Once that amount has been determined, Student Financial Services will communicate the new threshold on the “Educational Financing” page on MyGU.
