The GIS Results! Mentoring team is comprised of a team lead and mentorship coordinators. This group of dedicated staff interpreters work to provide a rich evidence-based mentoring program for interpreters at varying stages in their professional development. Whether interpreters are seeking to grow in their own professional expertise or wanting to hone their mentoring techniques, the Results! Mentoring Team is available to provide resources and support.
Whether providing diagnostic assessments, assisting mentors with selection of mentoring session activities, writing self-study modules, supporting MAI students' access to professional work experience, or gathering feedback for evaluation of mentoring efforts, the mentoring team has one goal in mind; we are dedicated to fostering development of interpreting expertise through mentoring.
