These reports are available as Microsoft Excel files that you can read or download to your computer including course subject, number and section, current and maximum enrollments, location, instructor, description, and time schedule.
To download the Excel file, right-click on the link "Excel" and then click on "Save Target As" or "Save Link As." Save the file to your computer. You may want to add the date to the filename (e.g., save as classes_0816_spring2013.xlsx).
If you do not have a copy of Excel on your computer, you can still view the Excel file using the Microsoft Excel Viewer.
