The Faculty Center under the Self Service menu is the main page for class schedules, class roster, class permissions and grade entry.

In the Faculty/Advisor Self Service page, click the Faculty Center link. A sample Faculty Center page is given below:
The Faculty Center will automatically list your class schedule for the current term. You can view and print by semester your class information (e.g. class number, subject, start time, end time, meeting days, start date and end date). To view/print your class schedule another semester, use the drop-down list at the top of Faculty Center page and click the button. The list will contain all the semesters in which you taught classes. A sample Class Schedule for Spring 2018 is shown below:
To view your Class Schedule on a weekly calendar format, click on the link located near the bottom left of the Faculty Center. The weekly schedule will appear as shown below:
You can change the options in Weekly Schedule to display by a specific month, week and day. To select another week, click the (calendar) icon next to the "Show Week of" field. Select the desired week/month from the calendar and click on to view the schedule for your selection.
To change the display options on your schedule, scroll down, select your options and click . This will show an updated list of options.
To view/print your class schedule another term - return to the Faculty Center by clicking on the hyperlink located at the bottom of the Weekly Schedule, change to the specific term you wish to view and click on
To view your Class Roster for a specific class, open the Faculty Center page and click the corresponding (Class Roster) icon in your Class Schedule. The Class Roster icons for each class are marked in the sample page below:
The Class Roster page will contain the list of students enrolled in the class. The list contains student details including name, id, grade, advisor name, e-mail address if available, class level and student box number. A sample Class Roster for INT 781-01 is given below:
To see detailed information about the class, click the underlined Class Code on the top left. In the above sample, if you click on the link you will be taken to the class detail page which appears below:
To return to the Class Roster, click the link at the bottom left corner.
To print the Class Roster, from the Class Roster page click on at the bottom right corner and print this page.
To view/print grades for a class, open the Faculty Center will and click on the corresponding (Grade Roster) icon in your class schedule. A sample Grade Roster appears below:
The Mid-Term Grade Roster is displayed by default. To view/print the final grade, change the Grade Roster Type to and the screen will refresh automatically to display the final grade.
To print the grade roster, from the Grade Roster page click on at the bottom right corner and print this page.
In PeopleSoft, Advisors can access their Advisee's Student Center to quickly view and print information about their Advisees. For each Advisee, you may view and print the following:
To view your Roster of Student Advisees, from the Self Service page, click the View My Advisees link. Your list of Advisees will appear. A sample Advisee list with the IDs masked for privacy purposes is shown below:
For all your advisees, you can view a limited version of their Student Center, which includes basic advisee information such as:
To view the Advisee's Student Center, click on View Student Details link next to the Advisee name. The link for the Advisee named "test2 student2" is shown below:

Viewing and Printing Advisee Grades
The Browse Course Catalog page provides a list of all courses offered. To start browsing the Course Catalog:
The Class Search page is used to search for classes offered during a specific term. The page has several criteria-based searches that will help narrow the results.
To start searching for a particular course:
Note: If your print-out is cutting off information, you need to adjust your browser page setup margins. From your browser's File Menu, select Page Setup. Change the right and left margins to .25 and click OK. Depending on your printer, you may have to adjust the margin settings to include all your information. To print your schedule, your browser's File menu, select Print (or click the Print icon on your toolbar). When the Print dialog box appears, select your desired printer and click Print.
