25Live is Gallaudet University's web-based scheduling system. 25Live enables authorized members of the Gallaudet community to view event information and to simultaneously request the use of University space, equipment and services 24 hours a day, seven days a week from any computer with internet accessibility. Please reserve a room at least two business days ahead of time.
Approval for the use of spaces is determined by several departments; however, all requests for space on campus must be made through the 25Live system. Reservations can also be made by people and off-campus groups. See the FAQ for more information.
- The Registrar's Office provides facilities for student organizations and departments to reserve for events.
- The Office of Campus Activities provides facilities for student organizations and departments to use rooms for events (meetings, fundraising events, etc).
- The Athletic Department provides facilities such as meeting rooms, gym and outside fields (football, baseball and softball) for student organizations and departments to use for meetings, special events/activities.
