You are required to bring in your driver’s license, passport, or an official identification card with a photo. Your official identification must include your birth date. You will not be allowed to take the test without an official photo ID. You need to report on time for the scheduled test. If you are late, you will not be admitted and you will forfeit your payment.
Do not bring food or drinks to the testing room and avoid bringing personal items such as purses, bookbags, or backpacks. Wear appropriate clothing.
You are allowed to bring a calculator that is approved by the ACT headquarters (HQ).

Before the test begins, the proctor will ask you to fill in information on the answer form, explain ACT instructions, and respond to any remaining questions you may have about how to take the ACT.
The Admissions Office receives via email your scores within three days after the ACT session. If you are a Gallaudet student, you will need to contact the Admissions Office about your ACT scores. Otherwise, your email address from the online ACT registration form would be CC’ed in the score report that is sent to the Admissions Office. The Admissions Office will accept scores of 14 or above on at least three of the subtests (eg. English, Math, Reading, or Science).
