About

Gallaudet is my 2nd home, I have spent many years being part of this wonderful community, coming to campus for the first time at a few weeks old, to attend my Grandmother’s alumni picnic.  I have been honored to witness many special events on campus, such as Gallaudet obtaining University status, the Deaf President Now Protest, including the march to the Capitol, attending many Graduations and feeling proud with each graduating class, and so many more cherished memories.   I have had the opportunity to work under 7 Gallaudet Presidents.  Working at Gallaudet has given me a wonderful opportunity to meet and built friendships with many distinguished alumni, faculty, and staff.  

My current position is Manager, Payroll & Human Resources Information Systems.  Over the years I have held many positions in the Payroll Office and prior to working in Payroll, I worked as a Cashier in the Cashier’s Office.  I also worked a few temporary positions on campus including: Cashier at the Bookstore, Office Assistant for the Research Department, and worked with the Powrie V. Doctor Chair, Alan Crammatte assisting with research for his book.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and making special memories with my grandchildren.
