Mentors are experienced staff who share their knowledge and experience with others. For this pilot initiative, experience staff shall be defined as full-time employees who has completed a minimum of five (5) years of employment with Gallaudet University and currently holds significant leadership experience.
Mentees are new and existing staff who may gain from the guidance, coaching, and encouragement a mentor can provide. For this pilot initiative, new staff shall be defined as full-time employees who has completed their six (6) months probationary period.
