About

Taja, born and raised in the Bluegrass State of Kentucky, is the Human Resource Manager for Talent Management and Development (TM&D). She is responsible for designing and implementing programs for performance management, leadership development, employee assessment, and succession planning - to attract, measure, develop and manage the staff talent pool.

Prior to joining Gallaudet, Taja was a Human Resources Business Partner for a global aerospace, defense, and security organization for nearly five years. She earned a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Psychology, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Gallaudet University, with specializations in Human Resources Management and Finance. Outside of the office, Taja is a self-proclaimed taco connoisseur, enjoys painting, writing, and spending time with her family, friends, and dogs.
