The Evidence Inventory will be maintained in a Microsoft Teams folder accompanied by a cover sheet that documents each uploaded document. Every member of the Steering Committee and Working Groups will have read access to this folder and spreadsheet but only the Co-Chairs, the ALO, and designated members of the Working Groups will have write access. The inventory will be initially populated by members of the team in (a) the Office of Institutional Effectiveness & Certification and (b) the Office of Institutional Research. Ongoing support for team members who have access to upload new materials will be provided by a part-time graduate student who has been hired explicitly to provide administrative and technical support for the Self-Study particularly the Evidence Inventory and collaborative documents i.e., Microsoft Teams.
