Vote!
This is the message of an informative and entertaining video made in collaboration by the Student Athletic Advisory Committee of Gallaudet, Bison TV, and the Buff and Blue to encourage the Gallaudet community, and especially students, to register and vote.
The video premiered on October 17 as part of a “Why Vote?” event at the JSAC G-area and is part of a project, Gallaudet Votes—”a nonpartisan project to educate the Gallaudet community about the power of the vote and increase political participation of students, staff, and faculty.”
The video promotes a voter registration booth, which will be available at the JSAC Marketplace on Wednesday, October 24, from noon to 1 p.m., and a link to register to vote, http://tinyurl.com/GallyVotes.
