Office of Diversity and Equity for Students (ODES)

Empowering students of all backgrounds to achieve academic, career and personal success and contribute to an inclusive campus environment. Offers programs, services and resources that include:

  • Keeping the Promise: Cultural workshops, leadership training and mentoring to encourage and support the educational success and inclusion of underrepresented communities
  • LGBTQA Resource Center: Services, training, activities and gathering space to encourage a responsive environment for people of all sexual orientations and gender identities
  • Multicultural Student Programs: Cultural presentations, lectures from a variety of inspiring visitors, panel discussions, workshops and leadership training to support racial and ethnic minority students, multicultural student organizations and an appreciation of diversity on campus
