Below are frequently asked questions regarding summer camps here on campus. Some of these questions are specific to Camp Catch Them Young (CCTY). As always, any questions not covered here, please contact us at leadership.pipleline@gallaudet.edu.
The deadline is June 30, 2021. However, we anticipate that spots will fill up quickly, so the sooner we receive everything, the better. Camp Catch Them Young is designed to accommodate a maximum of 20 students.
Yes. And you can use this justification letter with your VR counselor. If you need further assistance in obtaining VR support, please e-mail us at Leadership.Pipeline@gallaudet.edu.
The program fee covers program instruction and camp T-shirt.
Yes. We accept payment plans in installments. A minimum of a $150 deposit needs to be made ASAP in order to secure your child's spot. Full payment is due no later than June 30, 2021 in order to guarantee your child's spot in the program. We will send an email to update you on the status of processed payments as well.
After submitting an application online, we will need either a copy of your child's high school transcript or a letter of recommendation from their guidance counselor. Those documents can be scanned and sent via e-mail to us at Leadership.Pipeline@gallaudet.edu. We will send a confirmation e-mail upon receipt; and a separate email confirming your child's acceptance into the program.
