Students who participate in programs offered by Multicultural Student Programs will be able to:
1. Demonstrate an appreciation and awareness of diversity.

2. Develop multicultural competence.

3. Demonstrate effective leadership skills.

4. Increase meaningful interpersonal relationships with individuals from varied and different multicultural backgrounds.
